The Software Training course, HTML 4.01: Web Authoring, Level 1 (Second Edition) is the first of three courses on the topic of creating Web pages with Hypertext Markup Language (HTML). This course presents the basics of this foundational Web technology and enables you to create your own functional pages.

Course Objective: You will create, modify, and test Web pages.

It is a course intended for students who are interested in learning about how to create Web documents. Prerequisites: To ensure your success, we recommend you first take the Software Training courses: Windows 98: Introduction, and Technical Introduction to the Internet, or have extensive equivalent experience with the Windows 98 operating system, mouse and word processing skills, and previous use of the Internet.
